All customers purchasing a ticket for admission to Pickles are subject to accepting of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully prior to purchasing any tickets.
- All parents and guardians acknowledge that Pickles is not a supervised play centre and accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.
- A general admission ticket entitles the bearer entry into Pickles and all its play areas and activities for a pre-defined 90 minute session.
- The first adult accompanying each child will be admitted free of charge. Additional adult tickets can be purchased, however adults must be accompanied by a child to gain entry.
- All children admitted to Pickles must hold a valid ticket obtained via our website’s online booking system or on entry. Tickets cannot be purchased and will not be accepted by third party ticket providers.
- Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority entry and we cannot guarantee entry for visitors without prior online booking.
- All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your booking you must give us 72 hours notice prior to the start time of the original pre-booked play session. The new play session date must be within 6 months of the original pre-booked play session.
- Ticket prices are quoted in GBP and this is the only currency we accept. Prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly.
- Pickles opening hours are 9.15 – 5.45pm, 7 days per week (6 day a week at New Malden), excluding key holiday dates which will be advertised on our website.
- Pickles operates 5 play sessions daily, each for a 90 minute session and starting at 9.15am, 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.15pm and 4.15pm.
- Guests are asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of their session as the doors will be locked between sessions.
- You may turn up later than your allocated start time, however you will still be required to leave at the end of the session even if you have not been there for the full 90 minutes It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your session and we cannot be held responsible for any delays you may experience. Refunds and transfers will not be given if you miss your session or part of it.
- Pickles reserves the right to close the whole or part of the venue at any time if deemed necessary for the security and safety of guests and staff. Customers will be offered the opportunity to re-book their tickets within 6 months.
- Guests may not bring outside food and drink into Pickles. There is a comprehensive range of food and drink available to purchase from our café on site.
- All personal belongings and property brought into Pickles by visitors is done so at the owners risk. Pickles accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.
- All guests must remove their shoes and store in designated areas before entry.
- Guests can take photographs of their own children for personal purposes only. Unless permission has been expressly granted by us, pictures and images cannot be reproduced in any format or media other than for private viewing.
- Pickles will only share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials with prior written consent from parents/carers.
EXCLUSIVE HIRE
- Please do not arrive early. Due to Covid 19 we cannot allow entrance until the start time of your party. Please wait outside on designated floor stickers.
- All guests must be registered one week before the party with a contact number so we can adhere to the governments track and trace systems. Only guests on your submitted list may enter the premises.
- All guests temperature must be taken on arrival. Please note we take your temperature on forehead as the wrist can be inaccurate.
- All guests must use hand sanitizer upon entrance.
- Pushchairs must be left in the buggy park.
- All adult guests wear a mask unless seated eating or drinking. If exempt please show your certificate at the entrance (this can be an image on a phone)
- Number of children attending cannot be exceeded. Maximum 15 including siblings.
- Number of adults attending cannot exceeded. Maximum 15 adults.
- Outdoor equipment will be put out if the weather permits. The venue hire includes internal equipment only, but outdoor climbing equipment can be used for free if the weather is suitable.
- All footwear must be removed children and adults and is NOT permitted on the equipment. If using the garden please remove shoes before and after.
- Adults or children over the age of 5 are prohibited on the bouncy castle; equipment is to be used by children 5 years and under. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any children over 6 years but older siblings/cousins of the hirers child are welcome on the understanding they do not use the equipment (these must be included within your number of 15 children).
- Face paints, party poppers, confetti, bubble mixture and other similar products are not permitted. You may bring in helium party balloons.
- All food is served in individual party bags and must be consumed the tables. No food or drink on the equipment. Please encourage the children to sit, socially distancing.
- Birthday cup cakes may be bought in but due to covid sharing regulations cake may not be served so we suggest they to go into party bags.
- Adult food and drinks can be purchased. The café is open. Only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed on the premises.
- Cancellation of booking will result in the payment being forfeited. We cannot not rebook, postpone or change the slot once booked unless the closure is enforced by government restrictions – in which case we will rebook your slot with 12 months of reopening.
- Due to covid restrictions all guests must have left by the end time of the booking. The bouncy castle will be switched off 5 minutes before the end of the party to signal time to get ready to exit. Please leave promptly.
